The Been Briefing

YESSSS! ahhhh, victory never tasted so sweet.

i am here with laura newby, another english teacher. her home is in wisconsin, and she has been here about the same time i have. it was great, because we kept a similar pace... we made it to the summit about 40 minutes ahead of the three other women, and there we met a cool couple, bryan and kitty greenstein. bryan is in the airforce and has been to korea many times. his bride of a year and a half kitty is thai, and they are both here studying korean. while we were chilling up here at the summit (lol) the four of us had a great conversation and even got interviewed by a korean PBS photographer. too bad i probably won't see myself on tv. (mine is unplugged and in my wardrobe. haha) in any case, i told kitty i was interested in going to thailand, so i got their email address and cell numbers. who knows? maybe i found some traveling buddies for the future...
