so i was writing down more impressions of korea that i wanted to share with you...
1) it is not fashionable in korea for women to be tan. freckles are to be avoided at all costs. everywhere i see women wearing visors or using parasols. this is something i never thought i would actually see! i thought parasols were for days long gone by... hmmm, wondering if i could get away with one :)
2) if you look at traffic, there is a sea of white, black, and silver. white is definitely the most popular car color.
3) punctuality is not valued nearly as much as in america. 30 minutes probably means more like 1 hour.
oh... did i mention i had squid in some soup the other day? yes! and i liked it, too. who'd have ever thunk?!!!!
