So Monday was our Halloween Party in my 2nd class. I was the only teacher to wear any kind of costume, so naturally I drew a lot of attention (on top of already being a foreigner), as well as the jack-o-lantern tub of candy. In between classes I went from class to class offering the kids candy. If anything, I think it was helpful in reaching out to the kids who are not in my classes. My kids, of course, were wired. We didn't do much work, but I think they had a really great time.
