i am realizing that people want to see me, but don't want to intrude on my life. you are so kind, friends. thank you for your loving consideration. however, i have found that a lot can be alleviated by clear, open communication. let me tell you what my plans are.. and that can help you to know how to plan. if you would like to see me while i am here in america, just call me and we'll definitely hang out!

i wrote this in an email to a friend and realized it might help to communicate this to a larger audience.

SUMMER SCHEDULE (subject to minor changes)

july - wedding/europe trip planning, appointments, spend time with family and friends, reconnect, enjoy america, work on curriculum for mrs. kim
august 4 - my brother daniel's wedding
august 6-18 - go to texas, meet jody's family & friends, see his world (people who won't be coming to the wedding)
august 18-24 - last minute details, premarital counseling, buy hiking gear for europe, introduce jody to my family (yikes! prayers appreciated. haha!), etc...
august 25 - wedding
august 25-29 - williamsburg getaway, show jody my college, buy last minute things for trip
august 30 - fly out for europe
september 24 - return to states
~ september 28/30???? - return to korea
october 15 - start back at my job in korea
